Rebekah Sobel is director of interpretation at the Capital Jewish Museum, which she joined in fall 2018 after a decade at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. A California native, she holds a Ph.D. in anthropology and visual communication from Temple University and brings 20 years of teaching, research, museum planning, and exhibit project management experience to her role at the museum.
